加拿大首批留学生豁免入境院校名单出炉！

加拿大移民局（IRCC）发布******消息，自2020年10月20日开始，国际学生若将前往指定学习机构（Designated Learning Institutions）学习，该学习机构已经制定了防疫计划，并且已通过所在省政府的评估和认证，则该国际学生将被允许入境加拿大。
原文如下：
After October 20, 2020, international students may travel to Canada only if they:
l have a valid study permit or letter of introduction, and
l will be attending a designated learning institution (DLI) with a COVID-19 readiness plan approved by the province or territory they are going to and listed on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website
The list of DLIs with an approved COVID-19 readiness plan in place is available on the IRCC website. It is updated regularly as provinces and territories identify additional schools.
You are strongly encouraged to check IRCC’s website to confirm that your DLI has an approved COVID-19 readiness plan before you travel. If your DLI does not have an approved COVID-19 readiness plan, you should not travel to Canada.
Measures are in place to allow you to maintain eligibility for the Post-Graduation Work Permit Program if you are studying online from abroad.

BC省已经有39所高校获得批准
其中包括大家熟悉大学，比如UBC、维多利亚大学、SFU、西三一大学等，以及学院，比如Langara，BCIT等。
安省已经有14所高校获得批准
其中包括大家熟知的多大、约克、女皇大学、卡尔顿大学、渥太华大学、布鲁克大学，以及位于多伦多的2所学院：Centennial College和Seneca College。
目前这份COVID-19防疫计划批准通过的指定学校机构名单（DLI）还会继续更新！
接下来会有越来越多的指定学校获得COVID-19防疫计划的批准，向越来越多的留学生开放入境。
